Pregnant and Breastfeeding

My husband noticed this morning that our 9 month baby girl had some vaginal discharge when he changed her diaper. It was a small amount, mostly clear and slightly yellowish. I'm currently 7w5d pregnant and I still breastfeed. Can my pregnancy hormones be causing this? Has anyone experienced this or know anything about this? My daughters 9 month appointment is this Friday, so I will be mentioning this to her pediatrician then.
