Mints. Preggie pops. Eating often. Hydrating. All helped. Mine wasn't to bad though and went away by 9 weeks

They helped some. They’re mostly just a little sour so a bag of sour patch kids was much cheaper than the pack of preggie pops. Plus i only like two of the flavors. I just chewed a couple sour patch kids, sour watermelon, or sour strawberries and it worked the same as the preggie pops.

Ginger tea helped. Sea bands helped. Crying like a little baby promising myself I'd never do this to myself again definately didn't help. Nor did I keep that secret because here i am, 5 weeks pregnant and prepping myself for that hell
