Pre-Menopause

So I’m stressing I’ve been having hot flashes, that are waking me up at 3-5 am every night; for the last 2 months. I’m not sure what to do about it. I know it’s not my blood sugar, because I just had labs 3 months ago. I’m stressed from the lack of sleep. Part of me wants it to be Menopause because I’m done having kids and I have severe PMDD. I just need to find a way to sleep though them. Any suggestions?
