And how do I know that’s what it is? I’ve been getting this hurting feeling on the left vaginal area for a few days. This didn’t happen with my first pregnancy so it’s very new. I keep hearing about lightning crotch but I’m not exactly sure what it is, or if that’s what’s going on

I got it a week before I got my positive pregnancy test for my 2nd pregnancy. It hurt and I was so uncomfortable.

Lightning crotch is a very descriptive term. It's one of those things that if you experience it, you're like "yep, that was it". It's a very sharp, brief pain in your crotch that feels like it's been zapped with electricity. It makes you stop in your tracks for a second.
If it's "pressure" or an "ache" etc, it's not lightning crotch
