FINALLY!
Finally did some side by sides for a visual look at progress ! I have to say the gym definitely helps losing weight but the past 3 months i haven’t gone to the gym till tonight. I have been solely eating with a deficit ( while breastfeeding) and watching what i eat but without my usual gym selfies it was hard to really picture the Progress (if any) that i was making ! So I put together progress side by sides and even though I’d rather not share some I’m very proud of where i am now. All photos on the right side are me today! I have hit my goal weight and am now 40lbs down at 6 months pp with my 3rd little miracle ! #strongerthanyesterday
