I was pregnant but I miscarried my baby at 7 weeks.

I had done a 6 week scan on a Monday, there was a heartbeat and it was good then on Saturday I was bleeding I went to ER and they told me it’s ok, your blood levels are good you didn’t lose the baby but just to rest which I did on Sunday then on Monday (7 weeks) I went to my doctor and she told me to get a scan done and then my doctor told me i miscarried they told me it was a missed miscarriage I don’t get what that means because the week before there was a heartbeat and everything was good

And I also found out I have a heart shaped uterus, me and my husband have been trying but I feel like nothings working :(
