So my job is just now telling me since I'll be 6 weeks shy of a year of my due date, that I'm not eligible for fmla(which I already knew) BUT I'm eligible for short term disability. But apparently with this company short term disability falls under fmla. so technically I’m not eligible for short term disability either. Therefore when I leave I'm done. If I wanna come back I have to reapply and go through the whole process again. Idk what I’m going to do- I need some type of income while I’m on leave to care for me and my family. Completely fed up
