Baby Breech at 33 Weeks

So this stubborn baby is in a frank breech position. I was wondering if there were anyway to help “promote” him to move in a head down position. I’ve been sitting more on my birthing ball inside of the couch or chairs. Are there any tricks to create a better space for him to flip on his own? My doctor was a bit concerned and said we would do a follow up at my next appt which is in a 1 1/2 at 35 weeks for me. I’m not trying to turn him on my own or anything crazy like that, just trying to give him encouragement😅
