Daycare frustration
It's so frustrating how daycares won't be straight forward with you. First I emailed the director asking about availability for my infant. She called me to set up a tour. Great! I liked the center we toured. At the end of the tour she's like, "so we don't actually have any openings here. I will contact the director at our other center to see if they will have any openings coming up. You could be put on the waiting list."
I mean thanks for checking the other center, but seriously why did I just waste my time here? Could have just said you have no openings either by replying to my email or when we spoke on the phone. I would have moved on.
I'm really starting to stress. For her first 6 months, we have not needed to put our daughter in daycare. But our(her dad mostly) daily schedule has changed. Therefore we need to get her into a daycare asap! I wish childcare directors would make things easier on us!
