Almost 7 weeks pregnant hellllppp

I’m almost 7 weeks pregnant and I have puking/nausea meds but they don’t help much because I’ve been so sick. But I have absolutely terrible headaches every day and when I take Tylenol I puke it back up. What can I do to help? Thanks in advance ladies 💗
