Looking to see on others experience here. I went to the doctor yesterday after ttc for 1.5 years with no luck.

He said he wanted to refer me for progesterone blood work to make sure I’m ovulating 14 days after my first day of my last period which was the 9th. He told me to go the morning of the 30th fasting.

Well 14 days have 9 is like a week before the 30th and the referral paperwork says non-fasting.

Is it better to me fasting or non fasting? What did others do?
