2nd day
hello all ..today is my second day..i did my deit well..no sugar no fast food etc..as well i eat healthy snack at afternoon time ..cumcumber and boiled egg white..2 hour workout..today steps was 10 thousands..try to increse these steps..and also do light cardio and 30 day lose app..
today i have pain in back..but never mind..its ok i will fine after sleep..
