Success with low dose aspirin?

Anyone with unexplained infertility have success with low-dose aspirin? If so, did you take it every day and your cycle or only part of your cycle?

Definitely don’t add aspirin to your regimen unless your doctor advises you to.

I suppose to take it when I become pregnant and while trying. 1 baby aspirin a day. 
I have had two back to back miscarriages it’s suppose to help with autoimmune problems. Like your body rejecting the baby

After finding out I was pregnant (after two previous miscarriages) my Dr recommended me take 1 baby aspirin a day. I’m currently 24 weeks. Obvi it was Gods timing, but I’m not sure if the aspirin assisted

I added aspirin after my RE diagnosed a clotting disorder and recommended it. I was taking it the cycle I got pregnant with my son. To be fair it came with a bunch of other changes including Clomid so I can't really say if the aspirin is what made the difference.
Also I would recommend not adding aspirin without being instructed to do so by your doctor. If you have unexplained infertility you already had the testing done, probably, that would have shown a clotting disorder like APS. If nothing popped on testing there is probably nothing that adding aspirin would treat.

Thanks! I asked my doctor and she said there’s no harm in trying. So I’m going to try for 2-3 cycles while waiting for my consultation appointment with a specialist.
