Do you guys try to get your LO to nap in their bassinet before you give up?

My little guy falls asleep while eating or shortly after in my arms but I can’t transfer him to his bassinet without him waking up if my life depended on it.

I want to start establishing good sleeping habits for him bc I work from home and when I go back to work I won’t be able to hold him while he naps throughout the day.
