Generalized anxiety disorder

Does anyone else struggle with generalized anxiety disorder or any type of anxiety disorder? How do you cope? How are you in public settings? I always have a bad gut feeling and get dizzy and restless. I use essential oils and it helps ease those feelings about 90% of the time. I haven’t really tried mediation cause I’m not really into that. But breathing seems to help me and the essential oils, but I’m curious how others in the same situations cope? ( I have tried prescription medication for my anxiety, it isn’t for me. So please don’t say that’s something I need to consider. )☺️ I’ve tried, different things just work for different people tho!
