I had my period June 6-9. I'm currently on the mini pill

We BD the 10, 14 and 15 on the 15 I missed my pill 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️than on the 18-20 I had spotting dark drown to dark red only when wiping

Than started bleeding July 1 to 4th we BD on the 5th because it was our anniversary missed a pill again on the 5th took to pills on the 6th and missed one more on the 9th. Is there anyway I could have got pregnant? I have been feel off the the last couple of day. before anyone say maybe you should think a different birth control i have been on the pills for years and this has only happen now. But on top off all that I now have horrible lower pain it like in between my stomach and my back a long with nausea and diarrhea sorry tmi not sure what's going on anyone ever have this happen? If it keeps up I'm going in to the doctor it just started last night.
