Bee sting reaction a week later

This morning I noticed that the bee sting that I have turned into a bump and it’s really itchy. I started getting really itchy all over my body a few hours ago. It’s been a little over a week since I got stung. I feel like I need to go to the er to get checked but people are telling me it’s normal. I’m 16 weeks 6 days pregnant and I’m freaking out. I’ve never heard of a bee sting giving you a reaction a week later
