Brown discharge with little specks of tissue

I’m 7 weeks and four days pregnant and when I went pee and wiped I found what appears to be brown discharge with tiny specks of what looks like tissue or something. I have an appointment tomorrow at 3:15. Has anyone had this happen to them and the baby be okay? I’m not bleeding or anything just some of what I believe to be watery discharge. No cramps just an upset stomach like I’m gassy or something. Sorry for posting twice in one day I’m just nervous
