My son is 6 days old today, he’s been nursing really good and sometimes he gets sleepy but I’m pretty good at arousing him and keeping him awake. I went to feed him a min ago and he was alert before I put him on the boob and he ate some on and off and I feel like he was giving me soft sucks too. I noticed him getting too comfortable so I burped and aroused him and offers the other side. He did the same thing. A little here and there and fell asleep. His hands were relaxed and he wasn’t making hunger cues. I just worry that he’s gonna be hungry or something and not just sleepy. Would he let me know if he was still hungry? After offering both sides many times and trying everything. FTM, I just wanna make sure my baby is going hungry :(
