Haven’t had sex yet

Anyone else here not have sex yet?? My baby is 19 weeks old, and not only am I always exhausted, but I honestly have zero sex drive and I’m terrified that it’s going to hurt! During my second and third trimester, I had a crazy high sex drive and now its totally gone. Now I feel like I’ve been avoiding it because I’m scared of it hurting, and I need to just do it and get the first time over with!! Am I alone? Do you have any tips or words of encouragement??
