Is 101 pounds to skinny?

I'm 5 foot 3 maybe 5 foot 4 and I'm 19 years old is 101 to skinny ? I try to eat more I just cant without getting full. Im very self conscious about my body and I feel everyone looks at me like i am a walking twig...

I’m 23 years old, 5’5, and weigh 107. I have always been quite thin my entire life and I used to wonder about this when I was your age. Some people are just naturally skinny and just like what my doctor tells me, as long as you’re healthy, then that’s all that matters. 🤷🏽‍♀️

You should check with your doctor and see what the average or healthy weight is for your age and height... it is unhealthy to be under or overweight.

Not necessarily. It has to do with body type. I’m 5’3” and 101 would be wayyyy too skinny for me. But that doesn’t mean it is for you.

I’m probably in that range myself. If you feel healthy you’re probably all right.
