Does this sound like an std?

I have little bumps on the lips of my vagina. They’re not pimples. They don’t have heads they look like big taste buds almost (Ik sounds weird but idk how else to describe them). They don’t hurt or itch. If it was an STD would they be in my vagina and around? They’re only on the upper part of my lips which is where I mainly shave the most so I’m thinking they’re razor bumps. I just want to be safe but I really don’t want to go to the doctor if I don’t have to. I’ve had them for awhile now and I don’t have any weird discharge or other symptoms of an STD.
