tracking my macros?
so far ive been getting back into the keto diet these past 5 days and so far i feel super good and almost down 4 lbs (which yes ik some is water weight) but people always talk about how they track their macros when doing keto and i used to when i first started but then i fell off and now i just know what is keto friendly and what is not and kinda track them in my head. but shoukd i start using my keto app again to get exact macros facts or is it okay just to know generally how many net carbs is in what i ate and base my day off that?
