Any reason for concern ?

My son goes to a cdc ( child development center on post ) this evening he fell and hit his head on the table and now has a bruise on his forehead. I’m so nervous about this..Because I’m afraid they will think my son is being abused because he gets bruised easy..I would never lay my hands on my kids, but it scares me to pieces to think what he’s teachers most think when they see him with a bruise, Things happen I know but I feel so bad because he’s constantly falling when playing and that makes me look like the bad person..He’s only 18 months old and I’m nervous about daycare..Any suggestions on how to handle this feeling?? Here’s the picture of his forehead what do you think?

There is a large vessel that runs right there in the forehead, so this is normal appearing, giving the circumstances. The exact same thing happened to my brother when he was little. He looked like a little unicorn. Lol

Not to freak out on you but my oldest son (5) had a black eye from his little brother head butting him. My oldest goes to occupational therapy and im assuming it was them that called on me cuz the same day as his appointment i had dhs show up at my house at 10:30 at night. I felt mortified as a mother and it was absolutely terrifying having to go through all that but they closed the case.

I was watching a YouTube family the other day. And the ladies son always falls and gets bruises all over. They brought it up to a doctor and had his feet checked. I forgot what it was but I believe his feet were inward a bit ?? Have you gotten his feet checked out? Might be worth a shot

One of my twins started pulling himself up at 6 months to try and walk. One day he feel and hit his forehead really hard. Like the bump took up most of his forehead and stuck out really far. I freaked and thought like you. So I took him into the emergency room in case something was wrong. The doctor reassured me everything was fine and didn't have to worry unless his daily habits change like eating, sleeping, or if he would become lethargic in some way. Just tell them what happened before they ask, some kids are just more active than others. It's okay!

Have you talked to his doctor about him falling so much and him bruising so easily? Also tell his daycarw whats going on
