Hello, I was just curious if anyone knew the difference between their lowest/first morning temp and their average awake, during the day temp. I appear to have a difference of about 1-1.5 degree depending on the day. I check throughout the day when I am not doing anything too strenuous or outside but if I am watching TV or something similar so that I am not getting a higher, temporary temp (like while working out or after a shower). For example, if my morning temp is about 97.38 my average temp during the day will be around 98.4-98.8ish. I noticed that after ovulation, my morning temp will be around 98.3ish, for example, and the day will run around 99.2-99.7ish. I was just wondering if others saw a pattern. Thanks!
