Can ovulation strips pick up pregnancy?

I’m not in ovulation anymore and I took an ovulation test today and it came back two lines positive?

Two lines on an ovulation strip do not mean positive, the test line has to be as dark or darker than the control to be positive.

It can but an hcg test will pick it up first. So I had a miscarriage and was tracking the hcg to go down I ran out of test so I used the ovulation strips as they were super positive while my hcg test was still positive. I was just using it at home to help me track my hcg levels going down. But if you think your pregnant because of an ovulation test than it would be positive on a pregnancy test because they require less hcg . Does that help at all
