Is pregnancy possible

Last night my boyfriend I were engaging in oral sex. I’m 17 and a little confused and concerned. I gave my boyfriend a bj and he came on me. Nothing was even close to being inside of me. When he was done I helped him clean up and got some on got a lot on my hands. I went to the bathroom and washed my hands. 30 minutes later I was taking a shower and after I washed my hair and stuck my fingers way up in my vagina. I have been trying to learn more about my body and I was just feeling. I had completely forgotten that I had semen on my hands 20 minutes earlier. I know it’s probably highly unlikely and a dumb question but I am just asking so I don’t get paranoid for the next week or longer. So is there any chance of pregnancy at all?
