I started back doing my makeup. I have oily skin and I use matte foundation but my makeup still seems to looks glossy sometimes. Someone suggested I put setting powder on after primer. Any advice?

Im pretty oily, when I want a full face look I use a mattifying primer first then do my thing with the makeup and finish using setting powder and spray! 
I love Laura mercier powder and boscia white charcoal mattifying spray. *You have to shake it extremely well or you’ll get spots!

Setting sprays work really good just gotta spray your face like a wild sprinkler 👌🏽

Use a matte primer and a really matte setting spray or powder after you put on foundation and concealer

I have the same problem ughhh. 
I use a mattifying gel as my moisturizer. First Aid beauty makes one that works well for me.

Then I use a matte foundation, and a translucent powder on top. 
Baking while doing your eye/eyebrow makeup might help as well. If you don’t know that’s when you do your foundation take loose powder and put a thick layer on your oil zones, leave on while you finish up your eyes etc then blend the powder in.

I put matte powder foundation on top of my liquid foundation, I also take my powder out with me just in case I have to top it up a little when it goes oily through the day
