Please help!

I had unprotected sex July 6-8, i am not currently on my birth control. My last period started June 26. My regular cycle is 22 days. I took 2 birth control pills the 8th and then one for the next three days. I started spotting on the 15th of July, had heavier bleeding in the morning and a clot on the 16th, and light bleeding the 17th and spotting today, the 18th. The blood was regular looking in color, just significantly less than a normal period, and i had the same intense cramps I normally do on my period.

These are right in my days, I also recently started a new diet and regular, heavy exercise the week of the 8th after having taken a week break. Could the light bleeding be implantation bleeding if i had a clot, and it's right in my days? Or is it a light bleeding due to the birth control pills I took? If i take a test tomorrow morning will it be accurate?
