Am I pregnant

So I need some help. On June 26 I had bled for 2 hours (More like spotting) on my predicted ovulation day as well (I also had sex that morning) I was suppose to start my period on July 10 but didn’t I took a pregnancy test on the 13th and it was negative. Now here it is the 18th and I still haven’t had a period any nausea but my breast are starting to become sore & few period like cramps. With my first pregnancy i experienced all early symptoms as to now I don’t know if it’s just a late period or a sign of pregnancy..
