Anxiety
I struggle with anxiety, even when not pregnant, so of course being pregnant is just another reason for my anxiety to flair up. I've been feeling anxious since Monday about my baby's movement. I tried to push away the anxiety because there's no logical reason for it. I finally went in this morning to be monitored at my MW clinic. I'm so glad I did. It had given me the peace of mind I needed. Now I can't wait for my therapist to be off of maternity leave. 🤣 sharing this so that if you're on the fence or feeling silly or unsure, go for it. They were great at the clinic and did not make me feel bad, even when I stayed crying.
