After your pregnancy was confirmed, when was your first ob appointment?

With my first 12 weeks and with this pregnancy 8 weeks.

Went in around 6 weeks - but baby was measuring at 5 weeks. Came back following week (6) and heard heartbeat saw baby, next was at 8 weeks - no heartbeat and no growth since week 6. Missed miscarriage with no symptoms. Now I’m waiting for my D&C scheduled for tomorrow morning- I am 9 weeks today. 
If I had seen the doctor at 9 weeks for the first time like a lot of women, it would already be 3 weeks since baby passed. I still have no cramps or signs that my body realizes that the pregnancy is no longer viable.

I was extremely high risk so my first appointment was as soon as I found out I was pregnant one was 4 weeks and the other two was 6 weeks like a day or two after dinding out I was pregnant with all 3
