Can a ovulation test determine if you are pregnant?

I went to the dollar store since I’ve ran out of my first response tests (got a vvfl). I got like 8 of the pregnancy test and one ovulation predictor. I’m 10dpo and I didn’t see any faint lines on the pregnancy tests, but with the ovulation test I got 2 lines.

My doctor told me that OPK can pick up HCG and that if you continue to get positive OPK over the course of multiple days then you could in fact be pregnant.

I have seen women get two lines on opk test and be pregnant, I was one!!!! 
When I start to test opk there is NOT two lines (start testing at CD10) by 12 I start to see a faint line and then about CD15/16 my opk is positive. 
Wait a couple days and test with a first response. Good luck hun!!!

@mavvy where is my second line? 🤷🏽‍♀️🤔 never have I “always” had two lines. I’m CD 9 and I’m on 100mg of Clomid this month and there is no second line. A second line will start to show as my LH gets higher. You dont just have LH in your body everyday, that’s the whole reason we take ovulation tests, to detect our LH. I will get a faint line about CD12 or 13. Then a positive at CD15 or  16.
