Breast soreness

Just wondering if anyone experiences sore boobs before a period. And also if they experienced sore boobs as a sign of pregnancy as well. Mine get sore usually before AF and they're sore now but I don't want to assume I'm not pregnant as this can also be a sign of pregnancy. Any thoughts?
