Taking a break?
Ive lost 60 lbs since september 2018. For a while now ive been exhausted diet wise. I still have 20 lbs to loose. I do alot of weight lifting but like i said im exhausted diet wise after all this time and find myself bingeing more than i used to. Not alot but 1-2 times a week. It used to be once every 2 weeks or not at all. Ive been stuck at 135-140 for about 2 months now and i know its my recent bingeing. I keep track of my meals and occasionally have my little dessert but obviously i crave more. Anyways, i dont know if im not eating enough now (calories), in a exercise plateau, need a break from my "strict" diet, or all of the above. I yoyo between 1,250 cal-1,400 cal. Ive always been obese so im fairly new to all this even though ive lost so much weight already. So my question is for the ladies that have lost alot of weight did you take a "break" at some point? For how long? And How did it turn out?? Im not going to go crazy but increase my calories (in a healthy way) to just maintain and to be able to eat more. Im scared that ill mess myself up being so close. 😥
