I’m 32, I have one blocked ovary, ovulate regularly, but using letrozole and trigger to assure follicle on open side every cycle. Husband has high sperm count, good mobility, but low rapid and linear (forward progressing sperm). Just had my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> but can’t help feeling less than hopeful because the nurse told me the success rate is only 10-15% per cycle.
