Any advice

So I went to toilet and got brown discharge my belly has been hurting but I'm guessing it's just growing pains as had it with my others but now I'm bleeding :( what can help me go through this miscarriage as I'm so early about 5weeks and I doubt going to doctors or hospital will help as I've been before and they say they can't help
