Moving on from me

Is it possible for my baby daddy to completely move on from me and stop having feelings for me since he’s talking to other girls and hooking up with them . We have sex all the time and say we love each other. I’m the one that left him but i was just wondering if it’s possible like can he really still love me even though he’s hooking up with others?
