Kylenna iud

Okay sooo maybe about three months ago a I got the Kyleena Iud and I’ve still been having some brown and red discharge. Sometimes it all blood and sometimes the brown discharge is so heavy I need to wear a tampon. I haven’t had any sex and I just want to know if anybody been through the same thing and if you did when did it stop.
