Missed period

I got off the mirena in the beginning of April, and my periods were immediately regulated. I missed my period this month but have a negative pregnancy test.. I was getting cramps here and there like af was gonna start and it never did! Is there still a chance I’m pregnant? My periods never been this late before... going on day 4 of being late. Does the iud have this affect on ladies? Any advice ❤️
