Help.. ASAP

I found out mid last week that I have a 3 cm cyst on my right ovary.. I am also 7 days late on AF.. could the cyst be causing that or does it sound more like bfp symptom? I’ve been super crampy feeling the last few days and not the slightest sign of a period. Breasts are feeling heavier and a bit sore as well.

Obviously the cyst has probably been there for a while (I’m thinking at least since April or May because of the cramping near certain times) but I had normal periods this whole time.
