I took out an item for a coworker (we were close, or so I thought). So I trusted in using my credit to take out an item for her because it was damaging her truck and she would have trouble getting to work. It’s been almost 5 months and she hasn’t made a single payment on it. The leasing company has emailed me saying they’re going to charge off my account. I had told her in May to give me back the item since she wasn’t paying but she said she was going to & that she had talked to the companies. Okay, I gave up & now they wanted to return the items back to the companies but they won’t take them so they have to make the payments which SHE STILL HASNT. It was a stupid mistake but I CANNOT put in any of my money because Im earning to go see my boyfriend who was deployed to GA. His family can’t go visit, so I agreed to go since it’s been months since he’s seen anyone. Not only that, I have a whole college tuition I gotta earn to pay for. Any insight please? I had a credit card & my score was good because I would always make more than min. Payment and on time. Now, it’s terrible & im basically on a delinquent status because of her.
