Well poor LO ended up with hives. Called pedi on call, can't give her benedryl bc she needs to be at least 20lbs, she is 11. No respiratory distress so we wait and watch. She is currently sleeping on my chest at least one of us will sleep tonight. They had me start iron supplements bc breastfed babies can be deficient between 4-6 months because breastmilk doesn't contain enough that is most likely the cause. We also started muprocin and nystatin creams bc she has yeast in her belly button. I think most likely the iron bc the hives aren't localized to her belly. Poor thing. She was so uncomfortable thank God I'm an oversupply of breastmilk she got a breastmilk bath and was much more relaxed
