Help!!

I’ve had a really different period then normal. I usually have a pretty heavy one but it’s been about medium to light. The scary thing is I have all the pregnancy symptoms other then tender breasts. Usually when I’m on my period they hurt bad. I also didn’t have any symptoms I was going to start bleeding like usual. I started my period the day after all the symptoms started so I thought I was okay. They have continued and my boyfriend has noticed also. He’s concerned (as well am I) that I am because we don’t want to be parents yet. Is it possible for me to be pregnant?
