I'll be going in for a Pap smear soon and I was hoping you ladies could help me with some questions

•How many of you got the vaccine and still ended up with the virus?

I got my first round of Guardasil (sorry if I spelled it wrong) before I became sexually active and I got my second round a few months after I became sexually active

• If the test comes back positive how far back do you need to go when notifying partners?

This is just pure curiosity, I've only been with one person but for people who have multiple partners do they have to notify everyone they've slept with in their life?

• If your test comes back positive do you have to abstain until it comes back normal?

I've read the virus is spread through skin to skin contact therefore it can still be spread using condoms. Does this mean no sex for a few years until the Pap comes back normal?
