Dieting and weight loss
I had my daughter 7 months old. At the time of delivery I was 190 lbs @ 5’4. Which was my highest weight ever. Now, I’m maintaining 160-170 lbs. I still have a tummy and a little double chin so I want to lose weight the healthiest way I can so I won’t relapse with disordered eating. Calorie counting is a trigger for me. I heard things about keto, but that means I’ll have to change a lot of what my husband eats too. Before pregnancy, I was in the 140 lbs relapsing into EDNOS/ OFSED. My goal is to get to 120 lbs and maintain it.
