Is anybody concerned with their babies lack of activity? My girl is 7 weeks old and still sleeps a ton, doesn’t lift her head during tummy time, does t make good eye contact, etc

Is this normal or concerning?

With my son he did all these things early and was a very alert baby. So not sure if it’s just different babies- different personalities or something to be concerned about.
