So it’s been three weeks and I’m still bleeding? (See picture below to see when it happened and for how long)

Okay so story time !! I went to my doctors twice now

During the first week of my bleeding because it came to early and deadass a week after my actual period. So we did a urine test and we switched my birth control to something stronger because sometimes birth control does that.

Okay now its been almost 3 weeks and I’m still bleeding (not heavy it’s like up at down) and I went to see my doctors two days ago because ive been feeling sick and my stomach has been hurting a lot (lower part but also middle ?) anyways when I got there they told me my test results even tho they said they’d call and it turned out negative and then when I went to talk to him he just told me to take two pills a day till it stops ??? Like UHm k

Ive been taking these new pills for two weeks now and it didn’t stop the bleeding and now I’m taking two and I’m just so confused should I get help from a different doctor ? Because I’m worried and my man is too ):
