Before I got pregnant I only had 26 day cycle and I wonder if this could impact the length of pregnancy?

Women tend to ovulate about 14 days before their next anticipated period. If most cycles are 28-30 days on average, you likely ovulated just 2 days before that. But they won't change your due date for 2 days difference.

No, you just may miss a period two days earlier than most people who have a 28 cycle. Your due date is forty weeks from the first date of your last period, so your cycle length doesn’t matter in those terms. Technically for a 26 day cycle you may ovulate on day 13 instead of day 14, so you may have a one day jump start, but they won’t take that into account in setting your due date. Due dates are just an average based on a 4-5 week window (37-42 weeks), so one day is not going affect that much.
