Morning routine?

Do y’all wake your baby up at same time every morning, regardless of when their last feed was?

Agree with the other comment. He wakes himself up and will not go back to sleep usually around 6-7am and then takes an hour nap usually an hour after he wakes up. He is almost 3mo.

Mine wakes anywhere between 7 and 9 for the day which is a wide range. I’m sure it will change when I go back to work and my alarm goes off.

I wake him when I’m in pain and need him to feed. It’s normally between 8am-9am. Sometimes he goes right back to sleep and sometimes he doesn’t.

My babies wake up about 4am (they’re regressing right now 😩😩😩) but normally they’d wake up on their own about 5-530 and go back to sleep from about 7-10. I wouldn’t wake them unless I had a really reason to.

I do. We wake up at 6:45 for daycare and to help him keep the routine we do it even on days we stay home. I did the same with my first until he was 1. It helped him become consistent with his feeds and naps throughout the day, and seems to be doing the same for this one.
